If you're a first time Buyer, then we'll be

that meets your financial requirements and personal interest; Second, we
negotiate the best deal for you; Third, we find a lending institution that can
give you the most favorable terms; Fourth, we help you incorporate, get your
federal and local tax identification numbers, and acquire the necessary business
licensing; And, finally, we smoothly close the transaction, so that you can take
control of your business and your future. The BOSS Group offers other multiple
services in the process, as well consulting with other professionals (other
brokers, tax professionals and legal professionals.). For assistance with real
estate transactions we consult with Commercial
Acquisition Brokers.
We also service large
scale Buyers; meaning, those corporations that are looking to acquire and expand
in other markets. We have contacts and resources all across the country...from
New York to Texas to Boise, Idaho.
Regardless of what type of Buyer category you may fall into, there is some
information we need from you to better assist your quest. Buyers are asked to
fill out our
Buyer Profile. This will allow us
to work within the parameters of your needs--- economic or area of interest —to
find the right business for you.
In addition, we'll need a
Personal Financial Statement from you, so
that we can help you find the right size of business and which lending
institution would best serve your economic needs.
We also require potential Buyers to sign and return a
Confidentiality Agreement. Confidentiality is just as important to the Buyer
as it is to the Seller. In keeping the purchase of a business confidential, this
will ensure an easy transition where the employees, customers and vendors remain
unaware of your intentions. First time buyers, seasoned buyers or national
corporations, we treat every buyer with same diligence and care.
